What's up guys. My name is James and I live in Cincy.

Just picked up a 1994 Ranger XLT. It's 4x4 and has the 4.0 with an auto behind it. It's also a supercab. It's got 160k miles on it and I picked it up for $700. The driver side head has a junk valve, so it misses, but it runs and drives fine.

I'm currently debating on just replacing the engine and trans with a stock replacement or spending the additional $2k and swapping in an E/M 5.0 drivetrain. I'm still doing research, but I have a buddy who will do all the labor for $1500.

I don't plan on offroading this truck at all. It's my daily driver. I want it to look good and maybe someday be able to tow my 93' Mustang.
