Is there any other program I can use? I can't get Microsoft Picture Manager to shrink file bellow 31k no mater what pixel size.

I run Ubuntu myself. I do have to run windows for some things, but 90% of the time. I just use Ubuntu.. Ubuntu stays booted nusensesd Jul 31 2009, 03:33pm for windows and I can't get things changed I always go back to MS Paint. It tends to make relatively small files. |
