Is there any other program I can use? I can't get Microsoft Picture Manager to shrink file bellow 31k no mater what pixel size.

I use GIMP.. it's free, just search for it. it's more of a photoshop type program but it has a " scale image " function, and you can scale by percent, inches pixels and a few other things.. works perfect

Windows image resizer... adds into the right click menu and makes everything EXTREMELY easy.

first problem is your using windows ditch it install LFS!!! FTW ha

how does that work? a friend of mine tried it, but never told me how well it worked. I run Ubuntu myself.

it was more of a joke meaning that LFS is tough to use i dont use it i also run ubuntu 9.10 i think ,,,

Yeah have fun finding drivers and tons of other stuff because it's not a operator friendly OS. But I won't get into that. I USED to run linux, but until it packages and makes everything "just work", it'll never be a competitor against windows and OS X

lfs was a joke ubuntu has been user friendly to me and im not looking back on XP or mac osX .... i mean vista .... lmao

IDK, I'v been running Ubuntu for 2 years now.. I do have to run windows for some things, but 90% of the time. I just use Ubuntu.. I gotta downgrade back to 8.04 LTS.. 8.10 is a little buggy yet

well for what i use it for its good for me but i see what you mean if running programs wine wont

I can't get my scanner to work, and a couple games.. but other than that.. Ubuntu stays booted

for windows and I can't get things changed I always go back to MS Paint. It tends to make relatively small files.
