Hey guys, I was wanting to paint the door sills (the black plastic things inside the door jamb that say Ranger), but I am not sure how to remove them. Is it possible? Are they stuck on or are their clips that hold them down? Thanks for any help that you can give me.

There are plistic clips the yoo only need to squeeze under the sill/cab.
You can see them form under the car..

Oh thanks man! That is what I was hopeing for, but I was too lazy to go look. I am getting really good at removing those clips since I took my front plastic bumper inserts off and my rear bumper step pad. Thanks again.

Yeah, do exactly what he said. I had to do this when I put on my brushed stainless steel sill plates, they really cleaned up the doorsill.

While you are at it I would spray a sealer on the bottom under the truck cause mine leaked water/dirt/mud till I did after I removed and painted mine.
