Do you know where could get the pin order for my 2.3L, '89 EFI engine wiring harness

there are a couple of places. the best and most thorough wiring diagram would be from helm. purchase the evtm from them. it will contain every wire location pinout and everything from bumper to bumper on your truck. possibly, a haynes manual would have the info in the back but it may take a little more reading.
