View Full Version : Hey, Mazzzers - Isuzu Hombre Question . . .
O-Ranger Jun 12 2001, 05:52am Just curious . . .
Do you think the Hombre gets as much respect on the S-10 / Sonoma boards and the Brangers do on this board? :p
Have a nice day and Happy Wannabe Rangering!
Fonzie Jun 12 2001, 06:15am I doubt the Hombre gets any respect!!!
And about the Wannabe Rangering... ****, I consider Rangers and the B-Series pu's half brothers!!! I like the new Rangers but wouldn't trade my baby for the last Ranger on Earth!!! :-)
O-Ranger Jun 12 2001, 07:49am Nice Troy Lee flames. Do you carry the bikes incase you have to get somewhere? :D
Cobra_Splash Jun 12 2001, 09:17am I have a really stupid question here, since I run Mobil one synthetic in everything from my lawn mower, motorcycle, to the splash and fish i don't get why do people consider synthetic oil a mod? Call me stupid but I just consider it normal maintence.
Fonzie Jun 12 2001, 02:01pm I dont list it as a mod soda-say, but as an extra to the things I've done to my truck. Synthetic is an aftermarket improvement to stock or regular motor oil, yes??? Well, then it is a modification or upgrade then!!!
My .02 cents...
Thx on the flames, & no the bikes are for mtn. biking, though not a bad idea!!!

Who's that guy with the RED truck asking all these questions? Glad you showed up O, we would have missed you otherwise. Then again, maybe not. :p :D
And let's see here. Mazda has supplied transmissions for the Ranger for many years, and many of the electronic controls. They use the entire Ranger drivetrain, instruments, controls, everything except a fender or two and the grill. Are you saying that Rangers have a hard time getting anywhere? There more than half brothers, more like twins, just not identical. And Ford has controlling interest in them. I suppose Land Rovers and Jag's aren't up to snuff since they aren't a Ranger either? I have owned 3 Rangers prior to the Mazda, and I'm totally inpartial. I liked the Mazda because I didn't see it on every corner. :p
O-Ranger Jun 13 2001, 05:34am Well, we finally hear from our long-winded WV member! I baited that hook with you in mind yesterday early in the AM. Don't tell me you actually have something better to do than check the board?
Here in DC there is lots of competition on the street corners - I understand what you mean about needing to stand out. Good luck working your corner with your puta-red Mazda. Zoom, zoom. :D

Yeah, it takes me a while sometimes. I get to be one of those guys who puts in at least 8 hours at work, then another 4 or so at home. I don't get a chance to get on here until at least 10:00 at night, tonight it was 11:30. Hell, I'm just feeling sorry for myself. You take care, O, and keep that truck looking sharp! :D
Charlie Jun 16 2001, 09:23am The door sticker on my Mazda says "Made by The Ford Motor Co. for the Mazda Corp." There is nothing about a 94 + Mazda that is not the same as a Ranger except the body panels.:E
O-Ranger Jun 16 2001, 04:51pm :daze: If you gently lift up that sticker, you'll find the original sticker that says "Made in Yugoslavia" and gives an expiration date. Happy WannaB Rangering - until that date arrives:E
