Rain X is awesome, it really works. It works so well that my friend took off his wipers and got those billet caps and the wipers haven't gone back on yet.

I use the wiper fluid that comes with rain x pre-mixed with it. I still use the wiperblades, but it definately helps.

yeah I had been using wipers too, but this weekend i put caps on and put the wipers in the bed, so we'll see how good it does in the rain, and just in case I have the wipers so I don't wreck my ride.

I put it on today, and wiped them with newspapers. It was pain in the rear end to get it shine *soak in?* , but after I used up all my Sunday Sports section of newspaper, finally got the windshield shiney!! Now, I hope it rains tomorrow!! Hrmm...I think this is the very first time I pray for rain, heheh

Thanks for the info, guys! :)

You'll get hooked on it now.... I wouldn't ever try a different windshield product. I don't think anything could improve in rain-x.

yea that stuff works good I had to use it on my other truck I had because the windsheild wiper motor broke and the thing is the faster you the faster it flies off the window

RainX is da bomb. Pure and simple. We used it on F-15 windscreens and never had one complaint from the pilots!! Once a month works great.

I've found it to work good on the side mirrors and headlights too.

dont want to step on the toes of all the rain x fans here - but i put it on my windshield -- it does awesome with the rain but ive noticed that oncoming headlights at night produce a lot more glare. might just be the dashboard out-gassing, but thats my two cents.

Hell yeah, Rain-X is great! I use it on the wagon, since it doesn't have wipers (or a wiper motor, or a windshield washer reservoir, etc.) :smurf: Of course I use it on the truck too! :rocking:

54Ford, I've noticed that glare a little bit too, but only when I hadn't gotten all the residue off of the windshield.
