ok so i had a complete brake job like 2 or 3 months ago... they put on new pads, resurfaced my rotors, the whole deal... SOOOO now i've got this horrible front end vibration, and i still feel like the rotors are warped when i'm braking, you know the sort of pulsing you can feel in the brake pedal (and no not that anti-lock brake kinda pulsing) so i take my wheels off and notice on the pass. side that the rotor is in constant contact with the pad!! is this normal??? or what.. it's way too hot and i don't have the time to take the driver's side off right now.. but the last time i had it off the tires the driver's side rotated freely and spun forever.. while the pass. side rotated about 3 or 4 turns... do ya'll think i should take the truck back to the dealership that did the work???

It definitely shouldn't be doing that. That would explain what warped the rotor. I don't know if they'll fix it for free or not, since it's been 2-3 months, but you could talk to em to see...

Sounds like either the caliper siezed up, or it's not sliding on the pins. Either way, they should fix it for you... it's not something YOU did that caused their parts to fail, and they should've noticed a problem when they took it apart the first time.

the pad should be slightly touching the rotor. My fathers rotors were warped and he had them resurfaced and they started doing that shiot again, so we ended up replaceing all 4. and subaru sure does know how to make some user friendly brakes!

Like rangerfunk said, the pads should be in light contact with the rotor, just enough that you can feel/hear them touching as you turn the rotor. In my experience, it's a waste of time resurfacing the rotors. They warp because they are so thin and small in diameter for a truck anyway. I replace them when I change the pads, it doesn't cost much more if you do it yourself and they last a lot longer.
