I have a 96 3.0 ranger, auto I was wondering if they made a turbocharger for mine

Turbocharger manufacturers don't make turbochargers with any specific engine in mind. Just like Supercharger manufacturers, they just make the parts, and it's up to other businesses or individuals to make kits to adapt them to a specific engine.

To answer your question, no, nobody makes a kit for the 3.0. But if you're creative, you can add one anyway...:)
