Go into your user control panel (the user cp button at the top of the screen) and go to edit options. Near the bottom of the page you will see the option for adding an avatar.

Also in your user cp, you'll see what new Private Messages you have. Just so you know, you'll have one in there from me about the post whoring you've been doing and how I've deleted half of the posts you made because they were basically pointless or irrellevant.
