Question Ebay - Wheel Tire Combo

Alright well im getting bagged real soon and im gonna pick up some rims for my truck soon too. I've finally decided on getting some 18" saleens, and i was just wondering what you guys think about the price of this combo...its the right tire size im looking for..i've never heard of nankang tires before though, so i was just curious and need opinions. I was looking on tirerack.com at some kumho ecsta's and can't decide if i should go with tirerack or just get the wheels and tires in one combo. The buy it now option and all shipping charges added up to be about $1200..Thanks for the help dudes

i just got some 17 inch rims and bought some 155/45/17 nankang's and so far so good they have alot of tread and they grip great for a cheap tire the first day i had them it was raining and i tryied to fish tail around a corner and nothing so id say there a good choice for the price.

$1200 for wheels and tires does seem like a decent deal. I'd snap them up if I were you. Saleen wheels look tight on Rangers.

yes. the only problem u might have is it being 9" wide and ur 4/5 drop, but it can fit, might just need sum "rubber band" tires

yeah sorry, i mean lo-pros, REAL low profile tires....maybe 35 series??? not really sure exactly, but with that wide of a tire and that much of a drop (or wanted drop) u might need to go real skinny.

Be careful with that wide a tire that you don't rub your bags

There's no link, but I read overall they're Chrome Saleens.

I would buy another set, but I need to see if he can get wider tires, 245's on 9" wheels is insane.

the link is in post #9 and yeah, the 245's on a 9" rim is a bit skinny, and that is the reason i didnt get the silver set of saleens , didnt feel like buyin 255's or 265's cuz they are a bit more $$$$
