Went and bought a energy suspension polyurethane for a musatng today and made an adapter plate but the mount doesnt line up with the holes in the crossmember. Also does anyone have a mustang T-5 trans slip yoke. Let me know. Any suggestions would be great. NATE

Kaufman long tube headers will work the L&L motor mounts but you have to notch the passenger's side about a 1/2 inch for clearance.
well my transmition is going in the 2.3 so i figured instead of paying to get it fixed I am probably going to buy a 5.0 with an AOD tranny from a friend of mine.I see almost everyone on here has a c4 or 5spd. Is there any problems with the AOD, are they not as good for performance?
