My brother had a capri rs 2.3 turbo even stock that thing kicked ass.
my trucks runnin good i got my MSII adapter for the EEC-IV in today so im gonna start on that soon.. when i get to tunning it im gonna take loads of videos so ppl dont have to go through the frustration im going too.. lol and i took how too pics of the build.... which i know your gonna want lol.. oh and when ever you get to this point you can have my soldering iron its got a super super fine point on it..
oh by the way if you want go pick up a dead EEC-IV and i'll trade you it for my LA2 since im not gonna use it

im prolly gonna run at least a LA3 in mine or if i can find a ECU from a 85or 86 SVO stang ill get that. i just got my fender today so i guess ill start on the body work for now. maybe turbo next year lol

I have the OEM from the stock 4cyl from 2 of my Rangers - one an 86 the other an 88. The '86 I don't think turns on the Fuel pump like it should - water leaked in on it, the other one ran fine when I pulled the N/A engine..

too late this Merkur xr4ti ecu is trashed already pulled the 60 pin from it... which by the way was hard a hell
