Lightnings are cool, but I'd rather have a supercharged HD, I'm not a fan of single cabs.

lol at the end. "what just happened?"

Ya defentlty, I have though about a 4.6 DOHC swap with a blower. That would be sweet. I think I'm just as far a head to put a turbo on my 2.3 though. It won't sound the same but it will be just as fast.

I will def agree with you there.

The reason the main guy from Ford SVT left is because they wanted him to make a quad cab sports truck... it's an oxymoron. So Ford made it anyways.

My dad used to have an 03 Lightning and that sucka was badass! I beat a few mustangs with it. (at the track of course)

those things are awesome I love Lightnings. Instead of spending the money on one though I'd rather toss a 302 into my ranger and build my own toy.

I did spend the money on the full size.... a Harley Edition.... I'm a big dude (over 6') so I wanted some more room and the leather and the 20s. Plus, there is nothing like busting some import and some punk kid in a Mustang's ass witha 5700 lb. truck. As far as dropping a 302 in the Ranger, well I did that too.

I've done that to a couple people. Lightnings, Mustangs, we got a lot of older muscle cars in South NJ. But most people are cool about it. One guy actually took me around the block in his new SRT Challenger. nice car. Interior looks cheap though.

I test drove a lightning when I was in Hawaii (back in 06')... almost got it, but they wanted $24,000 and it was in fair condition to say the best. If they would have went down to $18,000 (the kbb for it at the time) they would have had a deal.

My next truck will probably be one of these, but now that the ranger is paid off, it's not going anywhere
